Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellation by the Client: ● Yoga Classes & Workshops: Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the session. After that, no refund will be issued. ● Coaching Programs: Cancellation conditions are specified in the coaching contract. ● Women's Circles & Rituals: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the session. No refund will be issued after this time. ● Individual Coaching: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the session. After that, no refund will be issued. ● Coaching or Yoga Session Packages: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the session. After that, no refund will be issued. No partial refunds will be given for packages. Cancellation by MOKSHA GENEVA: In the event of cancellation by MOKSHA GENEVA, a new date will be offered or a full refund will be issued. Commitments and Responsibilities ● MOKSHA GENEVA is committed to providing quality support, but does not guarantee specific results. ● The services offered are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care. ● The client is responsible for their health and must ensure they are able to participate in the activities offered.
